Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining organization staff by implementing recruiting, assessment and interviewing programs; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Responsible for sending the offer letters to all the prospective employees.
Responsible for the joining formalities of all new employees in the company.
Responsible for preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Responsible for collecting the employee data for identity cards and processing the same with the vendor.
Maintains and updates employee files and maintains a filing and retrieval system.
Ensures HR related legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labour laws.
Responsible for collecting the data of dependents and other information pertinent to group health insurance scheme and process the same with the concerned at the Insurance company and inform insurance company of all deletions every 15 days.
Helps the managers and HODs understand the performance management philosophy and facilitates goal setting for all the relevant categories of employment in the hospital.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
Facilitates review of the set goals supported by evidence in the evaluation of the employees; Act as the primary contact for issuing appraisal forms, collects the appraisal forms, coordinates with the head of the departments, employees concerned to complete the self-appraisal, superior appraisal and ensures the forms are filled duly with all the requisite information.
Maintain performance management/appraisal records (e.g., performance appraisal, awards) and identify training requirements in coordination with reporting managers.
Responsible for maintaining employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management.
Responsible for employee engagement and related programs.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Responsible for updating of duty roasters to attendance software.
Responsible for time office functions – late comings report, early outgoings, etc. and forfor supporting corporate office for processing of payroll.
Responsible for the Full and Final settlement process for employees and overall employee separation process.
Responsible for all such other activities assigned by management from time to time over and above the regular duties.
