Job Responsibilities
Responsible for attending to incoming phone calls from patients / customers and connecting them to the concerned department/Individual.
Checking the intercom lines and telephone instruments and escalating any repairs / issues to the IT department.
Receiving phone calls and providing prompt information / guiding the caller to the appropriate person as required.
Maintaining a complete list of phone numbers of all staff, doctors, their cell numbers, and their residential phone numbers (where required) and connecting calls as per the requirements.
Ensuring call data is captured as per the given trackers and all calls / queries are tracked through resolutions.
Reconcile phone log with the EPABX system dump to ensure all calls are captured, tracked, and resolved.
